High school students get hockey recognition

Thirteen field hockey players from Sacred Heart Academy and 10 from Assumption High School were recognized by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association and named to the national academic squad for maintaining a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

Ten of the SHA students and seven of the Assumption athletes were named “scholars of distinction” for achieving a grade point average of 3.9 or above.
