Sister of Providence Cecilia Ann Miller, 91, died May 31 at the Mother Theodore Hall in St. Mary-of-the-Woods, Ind.
Of her 73 years as a Sister of Providence, she ministered for 28 years as a music teacher in elementary schools in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Oklahoma. In the Archdiocese of Louisville, she taught at Pitt Academy from 1989 to 1994.
Survivors include her nieces and nephews. The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated June 4. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Sisters of Providence, 1 Sisters of Providence, St. Mary-of-the-Woods, Ind., 47876.
