Understanding and Preparing for End-of-Life Decisions Panel March 26

A Catholic Perspective – Understanding and Preparing for End of Life Decisions will be held at St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish Hall, 903 Fairdale Road, on March 26 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Topics covered will include end-of-life ethics, advance directives, health care proxy, extraordinary vs. ordinary care and first-hand end-of-life experiences from the panel members.

Panel speakers will include Father Patrick Dolan, who has advanced degrees in medical ethics and moral theology; Mike Ahrens, a member of St. Albert the Great Church and retired director of mission and values integration at KentuckyOne Health; and Emily Monarch, an attorney with Elder Law Solutions.
