Workshop will address myths about marriage, divorce and the church

archloulogotext-wThe Archdiocese of Louisville Family Ministries office will present a workshop entitled “This Isn’t Your Parent’s Annulment: Dispelling the Myths and Learning the Truth of Marriage, Divorce and the Catholic Church,” Oct. 12 at the Clifton Center, 2117 Payne St.

Father Paul Beach, judicial vicar for the Archdiocese of Louisville, will present. A meet and greet will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by the program at 6:50 p.m.

Pat Norris, associate director of the Metropolitan Tribunal, which addresses annulments, said that many Catholics “have inherited myths about the annulment process.”
