Trinity students help at area charity

Trinity High school students will help with the Wayside Christian Mission’s annual Christmas Store beginning at noon Dec. 16 at the mission, 432 E. Jefferson St.

Twenty-two Trinity students will help stock and provide manpower to lead disadvantaged people through the store to obtain items for their family’s Christmas.

The store will be open until 5 p.m. and has been an annual part of Wayside Christian Mission’s holiday ministry for nearly two decades.

Trinity High teacher Mike Budniak, who organized the school’s efforts, noted that Trinity has been involved with the store for five years.
