Several students who attend schools in the Archdiocese of Louisville have been selected as Scholastic Art Award recipients in the Regional Scholastic Art and Writing Awards contest.
Sacred Heart Academy — Gold Key winners were: Alexandra Halliburton, Jane Harris, Emily Raque, Emily White and Lilly Williams. Silver Key winners were: Trinity Brown, Abby English, Alexandra Halliburton, Francesca Ljubic, Emiko Ohta, Carley Richardson, Olivia Rogers, Michelle Rojas Ortega and Nell Rydzewski.
St. Xavier High School — Gold Key winners were Chris Keller, Nathan Whitlock and Kade Walker. Nathan Whitlock also won a silver medal in the national competition.
Assumption High School — Syndney O’Shea, Karalyne Park and Emily Porter won a Gold and Silver Key. Bridget Coleman and Sarah Daus won a Silver Key.
Holy Cross High School — Cameron Davis won a Silver Key.
