St. Xavier High School wins state golf championship

The St. Xavier High School golf team won the Kentucky High School Athletic Association’s state championship on Oct. 8 in Bowling Green, Ky., with a two-day team score of 606. This was St. Xavier’s third consecutive state championship.

Senior Clay Amlung was also named to the 2016 first team all-state golf team.
