Praying  for peace St. Athanasius School students prayed the rosary on the Day of Prayer and Fasting for Peace in Our Communities Sept. 9. Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz, president of the  United States Conference of Catholic Bishops  (USCCB) called for the nationwide observance in response to recent racial tensions.
