Right to Life of Louisville’s 40th annual Celebration of Life Banquet will be held April 12 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 830 Phillip’s Lane. A reception begins at 6 p.m. followed by the dinner at 7 p.m.
The keynote speaker for this year’s event will be Abby Johnson, a former director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Texas. According to an announcement about the event, Johnson experienced “a change of heart while participating in an abortion procedure.”
Reservations for tables of 10 are available; all others will have open seating. Tickets are $40 per adult and $25 for students. Checks should be made payable to RTL of Louisville and mailed to 134 Breckinridge Lane, Louisville, Ky., 40207. For more information, call 895-5959.
