People of the Archdiocese of Louisville donated $10,000 to the 2017 Collection for the Church in Latin America.
Funds from the collection support seminary formation, family ministry and lay leadership training for those in need in Latin America and the Caribbean, according to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops website.
The 2017 collection was held Jan. 21-22.
