Mercy names ‘2015 Circle of Mercy’ recipient

Teresa Kleinhenz Riggs, a 1976 Mercy Academy graduate, has been chosen as the 2015 Circle of Mercy Alumnae Award recipient. This award, formerly known as the Alumna of the Year Award, is given to a Mercy graduate “whose life is a reflection of the Mercy Creed; someone who is living out their faith and serves as a role model for Mercy girls,” a news release from the school said.

Riggs is a member of St. Leonard Church. She also serves on the board of directors for St. Xavier High School and has served as treasurer of Gilda’s Club of Louisville.
