Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz prayed during the 40 Days for Life Lenten vigil outside the EMW Women’s Surgical Center in downtown Louisville March 3. At least two people are scheduled to keep vigil there throughout Lent in an effort to end abortion. 40 Days for Life local organizer Laura Grijalba said about 1,000 people have signed up to keep vigil.
