Highlands Community Ministries and the Louisville Historical League are offering “Summer Sampler Tours” of 10 of HCM’s member churches on Sundays in June from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. starting June 13.
The June 13 tour will include St. Brigid Church, 1520 Hepburn Avenue, and the June 27 tour will include St. Francis of Assisi Church, 1960 Bardstown Road. Participants will have the opportunity to “view unique architecture and learn a little history about these time-honored institutions,” according to a press release from the organizers.
