Our Lady of Lourdes Church will honor Father James Flynn at its Legacy Dinner and Celebration on Feb. 8.
Father Flynn served as pastoral associate at Our Lady of Lourdes in the 1960s. In 1971, he helped establish Epiphany parish and later served as pastor of St. William and St. Martin de Porres parishes from 1982 through 1999. For the past 10 years, he has been serving the Latino communities in and around Louisville.
Tickets for the Lourdes Legacy Dinner and Celebration cost $50. A bourbon tasting will take place after the dinner for an additional cost. To purchase tickets, call Our Lady of Lourdes parish office at 896-0241.
All proceeds will benefit the Our Lady of Lourdes School Legacy Fund.
