Certified eucharistic ministers needed for Communion services for inmates

Eucharistic ministers are needed to assist with Communion services for inmates who are residents of Metro Louisville’s three correctional facilities.

“This is a unique and fulfilling opportunity for certified eucharistic ministers who are willing to go into a difficult environment, relate personally to those they find there and share and reflect on the Word and take Communion to them,” said a statement from coordinators of the ministry.
