CEC has after-school tutoring program

RecordLogo-FThe Catholic Enrichment Center (CEC) is offering an after-school tutoring program and cultural institute for students in kindergarten through 12th-grade.

The program offers learning exercises including math cards and spelling reviews, according to a statement from the CEC.

The cultural institute offers dance, arts and crafts, African drumming, sewing, knitting and karate classes.

The program is offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. at the CEC. The cost is $20 a month per child. Volunteers are welcome. For more information, contact the CEC at 776-0262.
