Assumption High School students collect 11,000 canned goods

Students at Assumption High School collected more than 11,000 canned goods during the school’s 12th annual CANstruction project food drive.

On Nov. 14, the students used the thousands of cans to construct three-dimensional sculptures before donating them to Dare to Care Food Bank.

CANstruction is a national charity that combines art with helping end local hunger, said a press release from the school.
