Assumption High School held its 15th annual CANstruction service project earlier this month. Students, faculty and staff donated 21,189 canned goods, which equals 17,790 pounds of food — the most the school has ever collected, according to an announcement from Assumption.

Before the food was donated to Dare to Care Food Bank, students used the cans to create three-dimensional sculptures.
