Annual Wedding Anniversary Mass planned for Sept. 30 at the cathedral

The Archdiocese of Louisville’s annual Wedding Anniversary Mass will be celebrated by Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz on Sept. 30 at 2 p.m. at the Cathedral of the Assumption, 433 S. Fifth St.

Couples who are celebrating 30, 40, 50, 60 or more years of marriage in 2012 are invited, along with their families, to attend this special Mass of Thanksgiving. Each couple will receive a certificate commemorating the occasion.

There is no cost, but pre-registration is required. To register, couples must call their parish offices by Sept. 13. An American Sign Language interpreter will be available on request.
