Opioid panel discussion set for Oct. 17 at Epiphany Church

A panel discussion of “Families and the Opioid Crisis,” will take place from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 17 at Epiphany Church, 915 Old Harrods Creek Road.

The panel will include those who serve in the fields of medicine, recovery and clinical and spiritual support.

The event is designed for families struggling with opioid addiction, those who feel at risk, individuals who minister to those dealing with addiction and anyone concerned about the crisis, said a press release from organizers. The event is sponsored by Catholic Charities and the Archdiocese of Louisville Office of Family Ministries.
