Prayer service planned at St. Patrick will honor veterans on Nov. 11

RecordLogo-F“United We Stand: A Service of Prayer and Song,” will be presented at St. Patrick Church, 1000 N. Beckley Station Road, on Nov. 11 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The Louisville Chapter of the National Pastoral Musicians organization is coordinating the interfaith Veteran’s Day event with St. Patrick and local veteran’s groups, musicians and ministers.

It aims to “honor our veterans and promote the principles of freedom that unify us as a nation, and for all people and countries on earth,” an announcement about the event said.
