Parishes in the Archdiocese of Louisville will hold the WHAS Crusade for Children collection the weekend of May 29 to 30, a week prior to the Crusade for Children Community Collection, which is June 5 to 6.
The schedule is meant to give all parishes “ample time to report their donations” for the public announcement of donations on June 6, according to an announcement from the archdiocese.
In addition, the Crusade for Children has included an envelope to send in donations in this week’s edition of The Record.
