Ed and Mary Slayton Farmer, members of St. Frances of Rome Church, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on Dec. 18. Mr. Farmer retired after 30 years of service as the vice president of human resources at Jewish Hospital. Mrs. Farmer is a spiritual director. The couple have two children and two grandchildren.
