Vocation conference planned

Vocation conference to be held
on March 3 at the Cathedral

The Archdiocese of Louisville Vocation Office will host a conference on March 3 to promote vocation awareness in parishes and schools.

The speaker will be Sam Alzheimer, owner of Vianney Vocations, a communications company that develops vocation awareness strategies.

The conference will run fro 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will be held in the undercroft of the Cathedral of the Assumption, 433 S. Fifth St.

Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m. on March 3, followed by 10 a.m. Mass with Archbishop Joseph E. Kurtz. The conference program will begin at 11 a.m., with a break at noon for lunch and resume from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The cost of the conference is $15 per person and includes lunch. All pastors, parish and school staffs, youth ministers, campus ministers and vocation awareness committee members are invited to attend.
