Vatican II documents to be studied

The Archdiocese of Louisville Ministry Institute (ALMI) will present a program centered on Vatican II in June at the Flaget Center, 1935 Lewiston Drive.

“Vatican II in its Own Words: The Constitutions” will be presented in four separate sessions June 24 and 25. The sessions will examine the core teachings of the four constitutions. The presenter will be Maureen Larison, consultant for adult formation and initiation in the archdiocesan Office of Lifelong Formation and Education.

On June 24 “Consitution of the Sacred Liturgy” will be held from 9:30 a.m. to noon. Later that day from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. “Dogmatic Consitution on Divine Revelation” will be presented.

The 9:30 a.m. to noon session June 25 will look at “Dogmatic Constitution on the Church” while the 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. afternoon session will explore “Pastoral Constitution on the Church in the Modern World.”
