A new farmers market opened June 6 to serve residents in South Louisville. The Bluegrass Avenue Farmers Market is located on the grounds of Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital, 1850 Bluegrass Avenue. It will be held every Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. through October.
Local vendors will set up in the parking lot near the hospital’s main entrance and will offer fruits, vegetables, meats, coffee and baked goods.
