Jordan Kimbel, a member of St. Michael Church, and Anna Disselkamp, a member of St. Bernard Church, took part in an activity during a communication workshop July 13 at the Christian Leadership (CLI) Institute held July 11-15 at Flaget Center, 1935 Lewiston Drive.

The CLI participants — 36 in all, representing 19 parishes and eight of the Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of Louisville — learned about the importance of communication in conflict resolution and problem solving.

The five-day conference included workshops, prayer, team-building activities and planning practicums to foster leadership skills in a Christian context.
