Instructor John McKinney led a group of students in a dance routine during Camp Africa July 11 at the Catholic Enrichment Center, 3146 West Broadway.

The six-week summer program, which goes through July 26, offered “cultural and academic enrichment opportunities in the areas of math, reading, writing skills, science and more along with a cultural arts experience from an africentric perspective,” according to the Catholic Enrichment Center, a ministry of the Archdiocese of Louisville’s Office of Multicultural Ministry.
