Justin Burch, a senior at St. Xavier High School, was selected as a semifinalist in the 2021 U.S. Presidential Scholars Program.
Burch is one of 625 semifinalists selected nationwide.
“The U.S. Presidential Scholars Program was established in 1964, to recognize and honor some of our nation’s most distinguished graduating high school seniors.”
The winners will be announced this month.
