St. Xavier High School names new members to board of directors

St. Xavier High School has named Gary C. Ulmer, president of the Louisville Bats Baseball, as chair of the school’s board of directors for the 2015-2016 school year. Ulmer is a graduate of the class of 1975.

St. Xavier has named W. Kevin Smith, a partner at Smith and Smith Attorneys, as vice chair of the board of directors. Smith is a graduate of the class of 1971.

In addition, two graduates have been named members of the school’s board of directors.

They are: Jerry B. Roby Jr., senior vice president of Assured Neace Lukens and a graduate of the class of 1981, and Stephen D. Sautel, a private investor and former partner and chief operating officer of Guggenheim Partners Investment Management in New York. Sautel is a graduate of the class of 1987.
