St. Stephen Martyr School shows gratitude with ‘thankful pumpkins’

During the month of November, St. Stephen Martyr School students are creating “thankful pumpkins,” writing what they are grateful for on a pumpkin each day. The pumpkins will be displayed during the school Mass on Nov. 22. Teacher Carol Carter, above, steadied a pumpkin as first-grader Evan Leachman wrote his message.
