Washington, Ky., packaged and donated 24,408 meals that will be sent to people facing food shortages by Love the Hungry (formerly known as Kids Against Hunger — Louisville), a nonprofit organization that provides nutrient-rich meals to children. The parish raised $5,832, with $1,546 coming from the parish’s religious education students.
