Taylor Ludwig, a member of Boy Scout Troop 175 at St. Edward Church, was named an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.
For his Eagle Scout project, Taylor designed and built three handicap-accessible picnic tables for Jeffersontown Veterans Memorial Park and Blackacre Conservancy.
