John Whitfield, a licensed clinical social worker with Our Lady of Peace, will present a free seminar about dealing with anxiety in children and teens on Jan. 28 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the cafeteria of Spencer County High School in Taylorsville, Ky.
Whitfield will discuss what anxiety is, the signs and symptoms in children and teens and tips for managing the disorder. Childcare will be provided.
