A regional parish mission called “We are the People of God” will be presented by Steve Angrisano, a nationally-known recording artist and speaker, Jan. 19 and 20 at three local parishes.
The mission will begin Jan. 19 at St. Bernadette Church in Prospect, Ky., with a session from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. It will continue on Jan. 20 at 10:30 a.m. with Mass and a lunch at Immaculate Conception Church in La Grange, Ky. The mission will end at St. Aloysius Church in Pewee Valley, Ky., with an evening session from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The mission, which is also sponsored by St. Patrick Church, is open to all ages. The events are free, but donations will be accepted to help defray expenses.
