Deacon Stephan Phelps, a judge in the Metropolitan Tribunal, will give a presentation on the Declaration of Nullity process (annulment) after the noon Mass at the Cathedral of the Assumption, 433 S. Fifth St., on Nov. 29.
The presentation will include information about the recent changes made by Pope Francis that go into effect on Dec. 8, when the Year of Mercy begins.
Parking in downtown Louisville is free on Sundays and no registration is necessary.
