Parish brings nativity to life

Two children watched a live production of the Nativity of Our Lord at Ascension Church, 4600 Lynnbrook Drive, Dec. 9. Parishioners played the roles of Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, the three Wise Men, angels and shepherds. There were also live animals, including a donkey and sheep. Guests were also invited to enjoy cookies and hot chocolate and listen to carols in the parish center. About 350 people attended the living Nativity.
