Bethlehem seeks Hall of Fame nomination

Bethlehem High School in Bardstown, Ky., is accepting nominations for its 2015 Hall of Fame awards. Four awards will be given.

The Alumnus of the Year Award, presented annually, honors one who “has contributed to his or her community and enriched the lives of those around him or her,” according to a release from the school. The nominee must have graduated from Bethlehem at least 10 years ago.

The Hall of Fame Award is given to a graduate who has been “an exceptionally loyal and devoted supporter of Bethlehem High School,” the release said. This nominee must also have graduated at least 10 years ago.

The Star Award honors an individual who is not a Bethlehem graduate, but who “has devoted tremendous time and talent behind the scenes, making our school a wonderful place for our faculty and students,” the statement said.

The Athletic Award is given annually to an athlete or coach who has excelled in his or her sport and “helped to bring recognition, honor, distinction and excellence to Bethlehem High School,” the release said.

Nomination forms and more information are available on the school’s website at www.bethlehemhigh.org.

Supporting documentation should be sent by March 27 to Patty Nevitt, Bethlehem Alumni Director, 309 West Stephen Foster Ave., Bardstown, Ky., 40004, or pnevitt@bethlehemhigh.org.
