Ninth-grader named Eagle Scout

eagle-scout-sZachary Cleary, a member of Boy Scout Troop 269 at the Church of the Annunciation was named an Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America.

For his project, Zachary designed and built two picnic tables for the Kentucky Farm Bureau office in Shelbyville, Ky.

He has earned 48 merit badges and has served his troop as patrol leader, chaplain aide and troop guide.
