Next Loyola ministry program accepting applications

Adults interested in graduate-level ministry studies are invited to apply to the Loyola Institute for Ministry Extension (LIMEX) Program offered by Loyola University in New Orleans.

The Archdiocese of Louisville will convene a new cohort (group of students) to begin studies by next February. Students gather in a group here in Louisville to accomplish coursework with a trained facilitator.

Students may pursue master’s degrees or certificates either in pastoral studies or religious education. The program consists of 36 credit hours. Each course is offered in 10 three-hour sessions.

The cost for a master’s degree is approximately $1,056 per three-credit course and the cost for a certificate-level is $405 per three-credit course.

Applicants who wish to earn a master’s degree must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college and must have a minimum 2.5 GPA (or its equivalent).

For more information, contact the archdiocese’s Office of Lifelong Formation and Education at 448-8581 or visit www.lim.loyno.edu/onsite.
