Forty-six Mercy Academy students participated in the Future Business Leaders of America state competition April 18 at the Galt House.
Rebecca Dever placed first in the coding and programming category while Bailey Recktenwald placed second in the E-Business category.
Fourteen students qualified for the national competition, which will be held in California in June.
