Kindergarten Countdown, a series of events for students entering kindergarten, will be hosted at various locations in Louisville this summer.
Children entering kindergarten will receive a free T-shirt, which will serve as a ticket into events for the child and an accompanying adult.
The next events are:
July 22 at 1 p.m. at the Commonwealth Theatre Center, 1123 Payne St., for a performance of “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.” Additional tickets are $5.
July 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kentucky Science Center, 727 W. Main Street, and July 23 from 9 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. at the Kentucky Derby Museum, 704 Central Ave.
