Forum on Dec. 9 will explore compassion’s role in the workplace

RecordLogo-FRepresentatives of Catholic Charities, Spalding University, UPS, YUM! and other local businesses and organizations plan to discuss the role of compassion in their work during a program next week.

The Compassion At~Work Forum will be presented from 10 a.m. to noon on Dec. 9 at Semonin Realtors, 600 N. Hurstbourne Parkway. Compassion At~Work is a subcommittee of the Partnership for a Compassionate Louisville.

Those at the forum will discuss the “return on investment” their organizations have experienced as a result of compassionate practices, according to an announcement from organizers.
