St. Albert the Great School students, Joshua Bennett, left, and Nick Gurney, right, participated in a special liturgy for peace at the school last month. St. Albert eighth-graders planned the Mass and, in preparation, they considered how they could be peacemakers in their daily lives.
The students also discussed and reflected on the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, the Columbine High School shooting and the story of Anne Frank.
