Catholic Services Appeal has reached 75 percent of its 2012-2013 goal

Ann Marie Kelly, coordinator for annual giving for the Archdiocese of Louisville’s Office of Stewardship and Development, announced on Nov. 29 that the 2012-2013 Catholic Services Appeal has reached 75 percent of its $2,750,000 goal.

Kelly, in an email announcement to archdiocesan staff, noted that the appeal had collected $2,078,216 as of Nov. 29. That figure was not reached in last year’s campaign until Jan. 5, she noted.

“We are happy to announce this good news,” the message said. “A big thank you to all.”

As the page one box in this week’s issue of The Record indicates, by Dec. 3 the CSA total had risen to $2,115,500.
