Benedictines offer Creative Women’s Retreat in April

The Sisters of St. Benedict of Ferdinand, Ind., will offer a Creative Women’s Retreat April 20 to 22 at Kordes Hall on the grounds of Monastery Immaculate Conception in Ferdinand.

The retreat will be an opportunity for women to “experience images, colors and symbols relating to their life journey,” a news release from the sisters said. Participants will discover more of “who they are and the woman God created them to be,” the release said. The weekend will include presentations, personal reflection, group prayer, sharing and creative expressions.

The retreat, which is limited to 10 participants, starts April 20 at 7 p.m. Eastern time and concludes April 22 at 4 p.m. The cost of the retreat is $275, including a private room and meals. For more information or to register, call 812-367-1411, ext. 2915, or 800-880-2777, or visit www.thedome.org/events.
