Bellarmine University’s men’s basketball team, now competing in division one, celebrated after beating the University of Louisville Cardinals 67-66 at the KFC Yum! Center in downtown Louisville Nov. 9. The Knights’ victory produced celebrations in the Catholic community. Some Cards fans, though, called it bittersweet — happy for Bellarmine and a little sad for their Cards.
