Youth from the Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral in Bardstown, Ky., spent a September weekend doing yard work for elderly neighbors.
The youth, members of the “Warriors of the Word” youth group and eighth-graders preparing for confirmation, were working with a volunteer program called “Handy Hands.”
