Joe and Betty Mattingly, members of St. Bartholomew Church, will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Jan. 21. Mrs. Mattingly, the former Betty Ratterman, is retired. Mr. Mattingly worked in remodeling. The couple have four children, nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. They will celebrate with a Mass on Jan. 22.
