St. Athanasius Church, 5915 Outer Loop, will host a fundraiser Sept. 22 to help Allix Greenwell, a graduate of St. Athanasius School who needs a liver transplant.
The evening will include music, food and silent auction. It will be held from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission is $15 per person or $25 per couple. For more information, call Joan Wuetcher at 266-5287.
Proceeds from the event will go Allix through the National Foundation for Transplants, a foundation that helps patients with fundraising. Donations also may be made by visiting www.transplants.org. Click “find an NFT patient” to donate in honor of Allix.
